     It has come to my attention that the approved extended date to issue the Final Determination (February 15, 2010) is a holiday, thus the offices here are closed.  Therefore, the Final Determination will be issued on or before February 16, 2010.  Mr. Walsh, please acknowledge confirmation that you are in agreement with the date change.
