CARNEGIE LIBRARY OPEN MEETINGS LEGAL COMPLAINT: FIRST COURT HEARING

Feb. 15 - On 2009 December 14,
David Tessitor and Glenn A. Walsh filed a legal
action in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court asking the Court to require The Carnegie Library
of Pittsburgh to open their Board of Trustees meetings to the
general public as required by the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act and Title 22
