As I indicated in our telephone conversation earlier today, I have placed in
the U.S. Mail, by Certified
Mail, to you a copy of the Preliminary Objection of Carnegie Library,
from Strassburger, McKenna, Gutnick,
& Gefsky, to our civil Complaint in Mandamus to
Compel Open Meetings of Carnegie Library of the City of Pittsburgh, Board of
Trustees. As I stated to you, unfortunately at this time I do not have an
electronic version of this Preliminary Objection available, as my scanner is
not currently operating properly.
If you e-mail this document to Reed Smith LLP, perhaps you could also copy me
so that I have an electronic copy from now on.
Fortunately, I do have an electronic copy of the original civil Complaint in
Mandamus to Compel Open Meetings of Carnegie Library of the City of Pittsburgh,
Board of Trustees, which you can read in .pdf format

For what it is worth, the postal clerk told me that he expects you would
