Regarding efforts to prevent abandonment of historic Hazelwood Branch Library, by insisting that The Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh comply with the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law and Pennsylvania Sunshine Act, as required by Title 22 of the Pennsylvania Code.
