News Regarding the Civil War Museum

NOTE: The Wednesday evening tours, begun in July of 1999, have been so successful, Wednesday evening tours will now continue throughout the year, except for holidays. Since these tours are given by volunteer Docents, whose employment schedules may vary, it would be advisable to telephone the Library[(412) 276-3456] on the afternoon of the Wednesday you wish to visit, prior to that Wednesday evening.

SPECIAL NOTE: NO CIVIL WAR MUSEUM TOURS ON THE WEDNESDAY EVENING BEFORE THANKSGIVING DAY;
this particular Wednesday, the Andrew Carnegie Free Library closes, early, at 5:00 p.m.
